A place to think differently.
The Thinking Space wasn't created because the world needed another coach.
It was created because the world seems to have run out of space.
Space to pause.
Space to reflect.
Space to hear ourselves think.
Every day we're surrounded by opinions, advice and expectations. We move quickly from one responsibility to the next, solving problems, meeting deadlines and responding to everyone except ourselves.
Somewhere along the way, clarity becomes difficult to find.
The Thinking Space exists to change that.
Why I Created The Thinking Space
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with people during some of life's most challenging moments.
Across healthcare, mental health services, emergency response and coaching, I spent years listening to people's stories.
Again and again, I noticed something.
People weren't always looking for answers.
Often, they already held the answers within them.
What they lacked was the opportunity to slow down long enough to hear them.
That realisation shaped everything that followed.
Rather than offering quick solutions or telling people what they should do, I became increasingly interested in creating conversations that allowed people to think more clearly for themselves.
The Thinking Space grew from that belief.
My Philosophy
I don't believe most people need fixing.
I believe they need space.
Space to untangle complicated thoughts.
Space to make sense of difficult emotions.
Space to explore decisions without judgement.
Space to reconnect with themselves.
My role isn't to provide all the answers.
It's to create the conditions where clarity has room to emerge.
What You Can Expect
When we meet, you'll find a conversation that's calm, thoughtful and free from judgement.
There are no scripts.
No motivational speeches.
No pressure to become someone else.
Just genuine curiosity, careful listening and the time to explore whatever matters most to you.
Every session is shaped around one simple idea:
The quality of our lives is often influenced by the quality of the conversations we have—with others, and with ourselves.
A Little About Me
Outside The Thinking Space, I am honoured to serve others as a Celebrant in life’s most important moments. In my downtime, you'll usually find me with a good book, exploring ideas, walking, spending time with my family or recording episodes of The Thinking Space Show.
I'm endlessly curious about what it means to live a meaningful life, and I'm influenced by philosophy, psychology and the simple wisdom that often emerges when people are given the time to think.
An Invitation
