A Day of Discovery

£30.00

Exploring the spirit, the mind and the art of stillness.

Join us for a special day of exploration with The Thinking Space, bringing together three fascinating areas of human experience: spirituality, philosophy and meditation.

Throughout the day, we'll explore some of life's bigger questions, consider different perspectives and make time to turn our attention inward.

We'll begin with The Art of Mediumship, with Karen Docherty, exploring the philosophy and practice of mediumship. The session will include an introductory address, a live demonstration of mediumship and an opportunity to ask questions.

We'll then move into The Art of Living, with Lewis Docherty, an afternoon of philosophical exploration looking at happiness, purpose, suffering and what it actually means to live well. Drawing on the wisdom of different philosophical and spiritual traditions, we'll consider how these ideas might influence the way we approach our own lives.

We'll finish with The Art of Stillness, a guided group meditation exploring mindfulness, awareness and the value of taking time to simply stop, breathe and be still.

Whether your interests lie in spirituality, philosophy, meditation or simply exploring something a little different, there's something here for you.

You can expect an interesting day, some thought-provoking conversations, new perspectives and perhaps a few questions to take away with you.

The event is entirely online, so you can join us from the comfort of your own home.
